1. About Our Services
Classic Service Centre is an independent home appliance repair and service provider offering inspection, repair, and maintenance services for various household appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, microwave ovens, dishwashers, TVs, geysers, and water purifiers.
As our services involve on-site inspection, diagnosis, labor, and spare parts, refunds are governed by the nature of service provided.
2. Inspection / Visiting Charges
- Inspection or visiting charges are applicable for technician visits.
- These charges are non-refundable once the technician has visited the customer’s location.
- Inspection charges cover diagnosis time, travel, and technical evaluation.
Even if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair after inspection, visiting charges will not be refunded.
3. Service Charges Refund Policy
Refunds related to service charges are considered only under the following conditions:
✅ Refund May Be Applicable If:
- Service was not delivered at all after payment
- Technician did not visit due to company-side cancellation
- Payment was deducted multiple times due to a technical error
❌ Refund Will NOT Be Applicable If:
- Service has already been provided
- Customer refuses repair after inspection
- Delay occurs due to spare part unavailability
- Appliance is found beyond economical repair
- Issue is caused by misuse, power fluctuation, or external damage
4. Spare Parts Refund Policy
- Once spare parts are installed, no refund will be issued for the part cost.
- Spare parts are procured based on appliance model and issue and cannot be reused.
- If a spare part is found defective within the warranty period (if applicable), replacement may be considered instead of a refund.
Warranty terms, if any, will be clearly communicated at the time of service.
5. Cancellation & Refund
Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
- Cancellation before technician dispatch → refund may be considered (excluding payment gateway charges, if any).
- Cancellation after technician dispatch → visiting charges apply, no refund.
Company-Initiated Cancellation:
- If Classic Service Centre cancels the service before inspection, eligible payments will be refunded.
6. Mode of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method wherever possible.
- Refund processing time may take 7–10 working days, depending on banks or payment providers.
- Any transaction or gateway fees are non-refundable.
7. No Cash Refunds After Service Completion
Once the repair or service is completed and accepted by the customer:
- No cash refunds will be issued
- Any concerns must be reported immediately at the time of service
8. Customer Responsibilities
To avoid disputes related to refunds, customers are requested to:
- Share accurate appliance details during booking
- Be present during inspection and service
- Clarify pricing, warranty, and spare parts before repair approval
Failure to cooperate may affect refund eligibility.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you are eligible for a refund:
- Contact our customer support with service details
- Provide payment proof and service reference
- Our team will review the request on a case-by-case basis
All refund decisions made by Classic Service Centre are final and binding.
